As we come to the end of the year, I would just like to quickly reflect on 2013...
...Done.
Okay, what's next!
...But seriously. I am extremely forward minded, and increasingly optimistic - as I continue to optimize my lifestyle and brain, my quality of life keeps increasing. It works, and I can honestly say that I love life more than ever before!
More importantly, in doing these things, I am constantly being reminded that art can play a vital role in this life-optimization, in regards to emotional health. I talked before about how art functions as a cathartic activity...the more I optimize my lifestyle, the more sensitive I become to how the brain responds to certain activities.
Bottom line: ART WHEN YOU CAN'T HANDLE LIFE ANYMORE.
Also, the simple act of LOOKING at art - especially the kind that inspires you - has positive impacts on the brain. So I took the liberty to post art from tons of different artists on my dorm wall.
Oh, and you can see the owl mural is still coming along, albeit slowly.

I painted Hawlucha (my new FAVORITE Pokemon - I think his design is AMAZING) in Photoshop.
That's all, folks!
