I got myself a new laptop, because my old one is 8 years old, and slower than molasses.

Holy Smokes

Red Panda - Ink & Watercolor Goodness gracious, I'm done with school. This is surprisingly hard to have sink in. People keep asking me how it feels, and I say it feels good - it does - but I just realized that I'm still of the mindset that it just feels like the end of the semester, that I'll have a break and go back in a few weeks. ...But that's not the case. I'm done with school...forever. I had a job interview for two jobs last week. One I found out I did not get, the other I have not heard back from yet. I really hope I get a job soon, because I'm going a little crazy. Just like when I graduated from undergrad, I cannot live a life with nowhere to go to, and nothing to do. Well, I do have my board exam to study for, but other than that, I'm fearing emptiness. I need a job. Praying for a job. Hoping and wishing and dreaming for a job. Also, money is nice. What's that? I have time and I need money and I have the education/knowledge/sk...

Fall is Here

...I didn't expect fall weather to come so quickly...! I will admit, my wish from now until the start of winter weather is some good thunderstorms to enjoy...that's one of my favorite things EVER! Guess what? I finally done did got myself a printer/scanner! Yay scanning instead of settling for crappy photos with random shadows...! Watercolor + ink Annnndd just in time, too...because inktober is next month! I really want to participate this year; the last two years have been insane and impossible to do, so I promised myself I would do this year~! ...But it might be a Drawtober instead, I would like to work on my drawing skills instead of focusing on getting out an inked product. Ink More exciting news...we're getting a kitten!!! I'm gonna be a real cat-momma instead of just a step-cat momma!! It's younger than we were looking for, so it'll be more work...but it's more malleable at this age (~8wks) and so it should have a better time a...

Why am I Surprised?

Acrylic paint on canvas Every year, March is kind of a terrible month. Every year. Why am I surprised every year? It'll be ok, it's just a month. Next month, things will be better.
